I believe that if youth step up as peer supporters with some training (like Psychological First Aid etc.) they can better connect and listen to others who may be facing similar stressors and thus support them by sharing coping strategies or point them to the relevant organisations/information should they need more mental health support/help.

Agreed that youth wing helps. And where possible, I believe additional effort should be made to groom leaders with different backgrounds and experiences so as to avoid groupthink with some level of diversity (and avoid the creation of elitist circles)
